911 Datamaster announces organizational changes to support new customer solutions

Move reflects company's on-going transition into NG9-1-1

Effective March 1st, 2010 911 Datamaster is making organization changes to reflect industry growth and the diversity of customers served.

Scott Krehbiel ascends to President and CEO after serving for 8 years as Vice President and Chief Technology Officer.

Scott has led 911 Datamaster's transition into NG9-1-1, utilizing his past network integration experience in deploying wide area networks (WAN) for hospitals, college campuses, and private business. He is active in the 9-1-1 industry and serves on the NENA Next Generation VoIP i2.5 Committee.

Scott holds a bachelors degree in Economics from the University of Kansas. He also holds certifications, including: Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) and Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP)

Babu Cherian takes over as Vice President and Chief Technology Officer after leading development efforts for 10 years as Vice President, Research and Development.

Babu has an extensive background in information system design and in the development of advanced software applications. Specialties are new technology integration, providing powerful customer tools for efficient data management, and real time request/response capability. He is active in the 9-1-1 Industry and a member of the NENA Data Committee and on the Data Formats and Protocol Technical Subcommittee.

Babu holds a Bachelor's Degree in from the University of Calicut in Kerala, India and a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Programming and System Analysis from India Education Center New Delhi, India.

Lyle Krehbiel assumes the role Chairman and Founder after a successful 17-year tenure as President and CEO.

With a background in engineering, education, and software development, Mr. Krehbiel has a passion for providing customers the best possible software tools.

Lyle holds advanced degrees in both electrical engineering and mathematics. As a founder of 911 Datamaster he wrote the first generations of 911 Datamaster's ALI database software. He spent many years as a college professor and also worked for the United States Navy on research and development in the field of advanced submarine sonar systems.
